Concept Of Career Development

Nina Said:

explain the concept of carrer?

We Answered:

A career is the track you follow in your employment...so you could start running the french fry machine, move to cashier, assistant manager, store manager, regional manager, and soon you're a VP of McDonald's. You need to pick a company or organization, though. Career development and progression in fast food is different from higher education which is different from sales and marketing for a sporting goods manufacturer.

Rick Said:

is this true about you Aquarius?

We Answered:

Based on my brother and exes.. yeah..

Even though my brother is like a playboy, spending his money like water hahaha

Rita Said:

Do you like the concept of work? Shouldn't we be sharing and helping instead of earning?

We Answered:

What is with this thing called money? Shouldn't we all just be doing something that benefits society. All be doing our part in exchange for getting all you need from others doing their part? No money, no salaries, no need to earn, no problems. Everybody just doing their thing filling a need of humanity in society. Thus everyone gets everything for free, and not for free in reality because you are actually doing your part. Then we can just focus on improving ourselves and our craft even better, in the process of doing "your part" in society. Who in his right mind started this economy, money, earn a living bullshit anyway?

Steve Said:

Which career in the video game industry revolves around the game's concept?

We Answered:

Ya, not going to happen. Everyone has ideas for games.

Game designers and producers are very, very, very, high level positions. Most big games cost more to make than most big movies. What you are basically saying is that you want to direct the next Lord of The Rings movie. Just isn't going to happen.
