I would say irish, you live near Ireland so it would be a much better help for you.
Your also learning Italian at home which is just as widely spoken as french really.

Geography has a lot of transferable skills but any from this box you seem like you would enjoy and find useful.

For the last box i would say ICT you should never pick something for the grade you might achieve because it may not be as easy as you think also you dont need a GCSE in child development to be a nurse or midwife you can choose this later on if it what you want to do.
