We Answered:

I want to say where you should not go. You should never try stock markets
Stock markets are not for gamblers

Claire Said:

Its crucial for women to develop a career before marriage and children.?

We Answered:

not particularly since most careers lack substance where as raising children and having a good relationship doesn't..you would however want to have a college degree so you can at least have the capacity to have a career should you need to support your spouse, children, and/or yourself

Shane Said:

I am doing BCA and i want to develop my career in information security. What certifiactions should i get?

We Answered:

I would start with Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Most Universities have a curriculum on this cert.
There are others as well (CEH, CPT, etc...) but they are typically when you find a particular niche in the security industry. I have an affinity for firewalls and IDPS so I went the way of Cisco and received their security appliance certs. CISSP is a great way to show a company you are savvy with all the compliance of rules and government and industry regulations. Hope this helps. TX

Best way to develop my HR career?

We Answered:

I'm sorry I can't answer all of your questions but I'll throw in my piece of knowledge out at you.

Take the PHR! If you just came out of your MBA program, all of that information should still be fresh in your mind (assuming you had an HR emphasis), and you can get much lower rates if you take it while you're still a student.

I also strongly recommend joining SHRM, as it is the "clique" for HR professionals nowadays. In addition, they'll also send you a very interesting and useful HR Magazine which will update you on trends, etc.
