We Answered:

I would train for about 6 months until your first fight. Remember to be smart in the ring and not let your emotions take over. Boxing is a lot of repetition so get your basics down to a "T." I wouldn't think about becoming a pro yet it's too early, just see how you hold up in the amateurs. Also, I know you're very excited about this new experience but it will wear off and that's when you have to decide where your heart is and if you choose to stay in boxing it will become your life trust.

bio-tech s developing in india, it s blooming in health care,R&D etc
u can opt for carrers in medical indutries, researach, teaching, cancer remedies etc.

plan and map your plans for career and personal development. identify how you will get there , what it takes to accomplish the results you want. set goals and measure your progress. aim high. consider getting a professional coach and to utilize the systems in place within your company. communicate your desire to develop your career and let your manager do their job of helping you achieve success. all employees need to have professional development plans that are exciting to them and are being acted on and achieved. make your goals / intentions known / set them up as annual goals . get a mentor within your company . maybe a goal for q1 is to identify a mentor. q2 is to arrange meeting with mentor and identify areas the mentor can help you. q3 and q4 are checkpoints for your progress. arrange to get extra training /education that will help you get ahead. 360 feedback is great to get, expensive but well worth it .
