they are definitely great activities that will enrich you personnally and look good on college apps.That said, don't get too caught up in getting into a "good" college. "good" is what is best for you. Just because a school is well known, hard to get into and expensive (Harvard, Yale, etc.) doesn't mean it is the Best school for YOU. Consider your major, student to teacher ratio, location, cost etc. Especially for a bachelor's degree-if you plan on doing post-grad work, save the money for that by selecting a lower priced undergrad school. Graduate school will be difficult to do if you are $100,000 in debt. Best of luck!

i think the only difference is that lockheed martin is a very big company that's hard to get into! so youre very lucky to even have an interview. goodluck! just be confident, and ask questions also in the end.
