As VP of Marketing, you'd normally be in charge of the efforts to promote your product (or service) to the consumer. You'd point out what differentiates it from the competition. What your project is asking for isn't that different. Instead of a product/service, you're promoting the company to the people you want to work for you. WHY should someone want to work for your company instead of another? Is there something unique or better about what your company offer a potential employee (i.e., above average salary, benefits, flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, relocation, etc.)
