To every single cell, we are a world,
In the same way, Earth is millions of times smaller than the universe
We are dwarfed by the enormous size of the solar system

We aren't that important in the great sceme of the sun, the moon, the solar system and the incomprehensible scale of the world... these problems do not matter
Do not waste a second on any thought that may not even happen, just get through each moment. when a problem arises, in your environment, solve it. within reason

I am so impressed with what you are doing and sorry it is so stressful. Are you sensitive to stress more than others? I mean do you think the foreign embassy job would also be stressful? . If you are not a citizen of the foreign embassy could you advance? I dont think so. Can you speak with your UNHCR boss and communicate your stress level and see what you could work out. You are in a most noble career.
