Does this paragraph make sense? How can i Improve it?We Answered:
A little editing. My changes are in capital letters. I didn't understand you last sentence. I think you need to rewrite that one. Overall, a good job.Computer technology has evolved dramatically over the years and has significantly changed the component of employment in our society. Technology has transformed the nature of our work, allowing for enhancement of TECHNICAL functions previously difficult or impossible to execute. Computers have allowed us to increase our productivity substantially, especially when it comes to researching and searching for existing information. This has permitted BETTER access to career opportunities that ARE MORE appropriate for ONE’S lifestyle. For too long, finding EMPLOYMENT was very difficult and painstaking, but the computer has revolutionized the job-search process. Another ASPECT of career SEARCHES that has been influenced by computers is the development of TECHNOLOGY careerS. Overall, the revolution of COMPUTERS has significantly CHANGED career SEARCHES beyond imagination. IT has forever changed the way people approach their CAREERS, including JOB LOCATION is located and the development (OF WHAT – didn’t really understand what you were trying to say here).

Psyhcology question 7. Please Help me!?We Answered:
in collectivist cultures mates are selected baised on how good they how they make the community a better place not by how well they can beat others downTracy Said:
Individualist culture vs. Collectivist culture...full question below? We Answered:
Mate selection: in an individualist society and a collectivist society, all individuals would still look for mates, only the reasons for choosing a mate would be different. In a individualist society choosing a mate would be mainly to make the individual happy and fulfill their needs. In a collectivist society, choosing a mate would involve an individual finding someone that would produce more viable children (stronger fitter etc.), thereby helping the community as a whole by ensuring the continuation of their entity.Career development: In an individualist society it is mostly money based so therefore everyone would be vying for the highest paying jobs (much like our free market economies today). Little interest would be put into what that means, a key example would be the massive corporations that produce unsafe materials because they are trying to minimize expense and maximize money coming in, they are not thinking of the whole, they are thinking of themselves (the individual). In a collectivist society careers would mostly have to do with what would help the community as a whole, therefore individuals may make less money than preferred and do jobs that they do not like, leading to overall discontent of the population.
Political organization: Use Free markets and political ideas from the right of the political spectrum for individualist ideas. Collectivist ideas are to the left of the spectrum and are usually communist or labour parties.
