Is the Opportunity for Advancement at your company important to you?We Answered:
It would propbably get to me after awhile if I wasnt given the opportunity for advancement. I definately wouldn't work so hard or put in so much effort and I know that sounds bad but I wouldn't be motivated toDerek Said:
Help my devising career objective? We Answered:
Well, it's quite vague. I don't see anything in there that even remotely makes it personal to the company that you are applying to.I believe that each company wants to think it is special in some way. Therefore, that old idea of having some generic, blanket "objective" as part of the first piece of introduction that you put forward, is quite old-school if it's not "tailor-made" for the company you are applying to! Trust me, I've gotten lots of jobs recently and it's because I focused on them and how I could match their own mission statement and I what I could bring to their own individual way of operating.
So, put something in your statement that is personal to each place that you are applying to and you would get a better chance at getting noticed.

Has anyone taken any courses online? We Answered:
I take Internet classes and am doing well. I recommend distance learning to anyone you wants an education and can manage a computer. There are many opportunities out there.Darrell Said:
Help on Interview question for class ?We Answered:
I would add any hobbies or personal things as well as maybe (if time allows) some more personal experience about your job. Maybe a quick story about a customer you enjoyed working with (and sold alot to!)It sounds great.

My attitude about professional work?We Answered:
Happiness is a state of mind. Your worried that your dreams aren't being met and you're still in school/just out of school? Keep your dreams, realize that they change, and don't get too depressed that right now they seem out of reach. You can't know everything that is in your future but you can shape it.Work to pay your rent first, but also be working on a plan to get to your dreams. Or at least close to them. Fail to plan, plan to fail. We've all heard that before because it's true.
Look back on the things you worried about earlier in your life and no longer worry about now. Think about the things you would say to that person you were before and say them to yourself now. They most likely apply.
Don't spend your time worrying about what you haven't achieved yet. Work towards a goal and realize that all you can do is give your best. If that doesn't happen you can always say you gave it your best shot. That in itself will bring you the most satisfaction. It's not trying or realizing we wasted so much time worrying about something that wasn't really that big of a deal after all that we regret.
The only person telling you that you might miss out on your dreams is you! Stop doubting yourself and start believing in yourself.

During an interview, am i supposed to disclose that i'm pregnant? We Answered:
Depending on your Occupational health and safety laws.... in some states/ countries - if you didn't disclose it then you wouldn't be covered by their insurance... is this a risk you are willing to take.As an employer - if you didn't tell me (I usually ask - just in case) and I found out afterwards, I would want to dismiss you on the base of dishonesty. If you can't tell the truth now, and about this monumental piece of information, what else might you lie to me about. All our staff have a 6 month probationary period - so it would "pop out" by then.
You're right unless you are bringing a great amount of experience with you I would take the person who doesn't need the maternity leave over you.
However, if your qualifications and personality is what I was looking for, I wouldn't let you go over somone less suited, just because you are going to need some time off...
As a mum.... don't hurry back to work. It is a stressful time. I went back when my son was 4 months old, and by 7 months we both fell very very ill, and I HAD to stop. Besides you just never know how great a change it will be for you - it's great to have plans but often babies come into our lives just to change all that!
I hope you tell them, just so you don't have to be deceitful - they will find out 3-5 months into your employment regardless.
