This is a very unique essay for each person. Everyone will have their own particular 'raised awareness' for each of these points.
Let's just take, for example, issue 1) Session planning and preparation. The material you have studied so far will have got you thinking about lessons that you have conducted before that were perhaps under-planned, or over-planned in some cases. Or when you had planned to do a project with your class, but found that you hadn't prepared your materials that you would need.

My advise is to not worry about what other people have submitted in the past, as it will be alien to you and your experience anyway, just work on your own essay. If it's tough, just focus on one item at a time, like preparation for example.

"employment laws" ok if you where they have a large work force you always have some manage who wants fire someone -- you just can not up and fire -- you have to advise the manager what steps they must take to build a case so when the day comes to fire you do not have to worry about the company getting a lawsuit -- after all in a wrong dismissal it is not the firing managers head on the line but yours!!!

The Flex SDK is Free. THe Flex Builder IDE is not Free, but you don't have to use the Adobe IDE.

You can create Flex apps (or AIR apps) for free using the SDK and a regular text editor like notepad++
