Knowing your unweighted GPA would be helpful...colleges really usually only want to know your GPA on the 4-point scale.

However, I think you have a very good chance at Ithaca and BU and decent chances at NYU, UCLA, and USC.

How have you done on your AP tests? That would be nice to know, too. Doesn't matter all that much if you take 10 APs and get 2s, not that you did, lol :p

MIT is in a whole different league from BU Sweetie. For MIT you need very strong math and science grades and scores. If you're having trouble with high school calc, it's not the school for you. Standards are way lower at BU, so with decent grades and a 1900 SAT score, you'll be fine there, especially since you're Hispanic and female.

The first things colleges look at are your GPA and test scores. You do not need work experience and not having it will not affect your chances of admission as long as you have been involved in other activities.

Unless you're applying to a very prestigious medical program, it doesn't really matter if you don't have experience in the field you're interested in. They just want to see that you're involved in your community and they don't expect you to have your entire career path mapped out already.

Any experience you have in your chosen career path will put you in a better position to get internships and jobs in that area and help you decide exactly what you want to go into. So if you have the opportunity to do something with pharmacy or healthcare, take it, but you don't need to worry about it for admissions.

BU admits about 54% of applicants and NE only about 35%, so keep your hopes up. Your SAT is fine for BU. Of course, using a normal conversion chart your ACT is a bit of a problem, but it should be passed over as obviously caused by illness given your much higher SAT equivalent. I hope you made reference to the illness in your personal statement. Good luck.
