If you are interested in going into speech pathology you will want to get your undergraduate degree in communication sciences and disorders. If you choose to get a bachelor's degree in something else, it will take you longer to get your master's because you will need to take some of the undergraduate prerequisite courses.
Most states require a master's degree to work - though some states allow you to work with a bachelor's for a few years before starting a master's program.
The American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (www.asha.org) is a great place to find all kinds of info on accredited programs and info about the field in general.

You are actually not qualified to work in social work, so unless you were going to go on for additional training this would not even be an option for you. IA is becoming less prominent in H.S. but becoming more a feature in technical colleges. You might look at this as an option. You might consider computer repair rather than the programming side (and or building computers for people).
