To be honest, I would forget about the Objective part. I am always confused when people put an objective, because in truth you still need to convince the company why they should hire you anyway!

My resume does not have an objective, personal info/interest section, overview, or separated achievement sections, yet I get plenty call backs for interviews and have been a hirable candidiate.

What I would suggest you do is to take those achievement sections and include them in your responsibilities description. After all, in order to achieve those things, you needed to fulfill your responsibilities, right? That's the way I see it. Employers want to see why your responsibilities were important, and that would be a way to do it.

Get rid of the overview section because you're using overused words: team-player, hardworking, etc. Instead, I would rewrite your Sales Consultant description like this:

Welcomed customers in a cheerful manner and promptly attended to their requests
Applied product knowledge in person and over the phone by using...(describe HOW)
Sold, advised, and recommended products and services for (insert a couple business' names)
Managed fitting room allocation by...(action verb here)
Monitored stock levels, unpacking stock, and preparing stock for display
Carried out various housekeeping duties including cleaning, product presentation and merchandising
Learned about high fashion through (did you meet with managers? attended shows? what did you do to learn?)

Do you see what I mean? Your resume needs to include more actions verbs, and get rid of the overused statements and words. Look up on google for some help with that.
