start studying..by the time ur out..govermental red tape (
i think,if thts the right word) would delay your coming out by a long long time,so start reading your books..particularly the 11th and 12th standard texts coz i think the syllabus u guys hav sux..
from then on uve got 2 options

1. drop and study hard for aieee next year
(might not be the best option with the guv introducing 50 pc reservations..but since u seem to be quite gd academically...u mite try it)
2. join a bsc from 2nd year onwards
3. ask people and make a wise choice(ask as many ppl worthy(read capable) of giving an answer as u possibally can)

u shudnt hav a problem explainin ur gap..so even later on aft the bsc it shudnt be too difficult to get a msc seat or a job.

start studying NOW!!
