They are European company with their headquaters in Denmark... As far as advancement... Basically you are asking if you can move up right? Well obviously, it is a huge company with plenty of room.

Don't just settle for knowing your job, try to know every job, so that you have a good understanding of your position and others. Work hard and you will move up... Don't become bitchy and bitter. Don't think you are the only person working hard.

I always believed that anyone can do whatever they put their mind to. You have to do what is best for you and your family. If what you want to do is change your career to Office Admin, then you need to highlight your resume to show the things you have done already that can get you that position. You need to convince people that you are qualified for that position and why. Explain how your other positions will help you in your new role. Check out this website. Hopefully it will help you. I started my career as an accountant, went to computers, and then executive assistant. You can do what you set your mind to.

You would have to call people and ask them to pay their overdue bills. Some companies will pay you an hourly rate PLUS a percentage of anything that you can collect. Tough job, no future in it, but you may be able to pick up some good skills to add on your resume for your next job
