Career In Health Services Administration

Glenn Said:

HELP! I cannot decide on choosing a Major?

We Answered:

Talk to a counselor and see if they can set up a job shadow. This way you can also talk to people in the careers you want to see what major would be best for you.

You also may want to research which majors would give you the most career possibilities. With the economy you may wan to make yourself marketable to get a job right out of college, and you may want to pick a job with the best job security.

Hugh Said:

On fastweb, they ask me about my intended career...?

We Answered:

Just choose the one that is closest to your career... or you can look up what your major would be by typing it into Google or looking under what your major is listed under on your college's website.

To me... it sounds like it might be Special Education, since it's Communicative Disorders... or maybe Medicine/Health

Do you think you were lied to about the real costs of health care reform?

We Answered:

There is no doubt in my mind.
Alan Greenspan looked at the numbers on this thing.
He said this and i quote "if the health care bill doesn't come in at CBO estimates it will be CATASTROPHIC for our nation".
The closest any government program ever came to CBO estimates was 8 times higher.
We are screwed.

Need opinions...Which graduate degrees should I consider?

We Answered:

Thing is, if you want to switch your major. You got to go back and redo undergraduate courses to obtain the bachelor's degree of your new major. You're technicaly restarting college, wasted both time and money. It's natural and it happens to 70% of students but you have to think about it. What is it your really want to work as in the future? What interests you more; math, science, history, english? Try that, then get possible jobs out of it, and then narrow your choices down. Klg.
