Sam Said:

What should my objective be on my resume? I am switching careers...?

We Answered:

Your objective is to work in the field that you have a degree in . good luck .

Tanya Said:

I also received the same letter from Capital Management Services iCommerce?

We Answered:

This is Fraud. I am an EVP of Capital Management Services and we have NO Julia Smith associated with our company.

Tyrone Said:

What is my career?

We Answered:

I worked in a position similar to this prior to moving into a definite sales role full time. The position was in Client Services, and the job titles I held with either Program Manager or Account Manager. Client Services Manager was also thrown around for awhile. If you have client facing experience, you should be able to move into an account management/sales position.

Charlie Said:

Where can I get help to customize my resume and make it more marketable?

We Answered:

I don't know where you live, but in California they have great state run employment development centers called One-Stop Employment Centers, which offer free classes in resume writing. In addition to classes you can also work with a resume writing specialists one-on-one. I hated my resume until I worked with a specialist at one of these centers, now I love it, I feel it really reflects my experience and goals. If you want to pay for help you can find plenty of help on-line, I think Monster.com works with resume writing professionals. Also if you want help clearing up what you should be aiming for professionally, I highly recommend the book "What Color is Your Parachute," it helped me so much when I needed to change careers. Good luck!
