Have you tried other sites (Yahoo! sites included) where you might get a better response to your question? Your choice of profession sounds pretty good to me, as I'd entertained thoughts of entering the food service industry as well, but not exactly on the management level. I hope that you get at the very least 'one' positive response to your question, because you're aiming very high and you're only in Junior High School.
Perhaps you could try a site where they're persons from different levels in the Food Service Industry, in order to get a better perspective. I wish you the best and hope that you get the 'answers' that will be of help to you in your journey.

I don't trust these services. I actually used a similar service and while they are helpful in organizing your thoughts for information interviews, interviews, etc. they really don't teach you anything you can get out of a couple of books at the bookstore.
