I have a diverse career background and need help narrowing my search. Which Recruiting angecy would you use?We Answered:
You may have your best resume handy, sign up or update them on mainstream prominent websites that post jobs. Then, browse and apply for the job package that appeals to you. Why? Most sites like that already post job offers that are from local agencies besides individual employers' offers. Apply/submit online. (fastest correspondence) When you get a reply, you are called for an interview with the direct employer or the agency which posted the job. Kelly is all right but dont blame them if you dont get a callback in a very short time. Other than that, stuffs on top of my mind are,(1) Monster.com
(2) Careerbuilder.com
(3) Yahoo Hotjobs
(4) Snagajob.com.......etc
You can even sign up for the type of jobs you want that are posted daily, sent to your inbox such as,
(5) Indeed.com........etc
Besides Kelly, also try
(6) Appleone.com (agency pretty good in Beverly Hills, should be elsewhere)
(7) Also check Craigslist.com as a last resort or other local agencies. (not significant in my mind).
Directly checking with employer websites are also a preferred option in profiled cases. (i-e: banking, teaching, C-Level...etc)
In the end, you get to pick your best from the "broadest avenues"(all options) and seal the deal. Yep, it should sound like "it's what you want-!!".
