Tattoos can be issues in other countrie. Many cultures use body art to identify certain economic or cultural groups. In many others, it is against their moral/religous beliefs to tattoo. Additionally, tattoos can serve as identifying marks, something that could be an issue in a career field where blending in may be of some importance. I would certainly hold off on adding any more until you can get more information on this. You can check info sites for potential state department employees and the FBI. They can give you better information on any body are limitations/regulations.
