Will I get into UCF, FSU, OR FIU with a somewhat good GPA and bad ACT/SAT Scores? We Answered:
I have a friend with a 3.7 that got deferred from USF and UCF with that GPA but hopes to get into FSU..but it probably won't happen :(I'm sorry, FSU is definitely out of the question
UCF, you have a very slim chance, but it's possible.
FIU is your safest bet, with the average GPA let in a 2.0.
If you still want to go to these bigger named schools, I'd recommend community college for 2 years and then transferring. Valencia Community College is in Orlando and guarantees you admission into UCF, so that may be a good option.
There's also TCC, right next to FSU if you like that atmosphere.
Good luck to you!

Working as lawyer in a Legal Dept. ?We Answered:
"Now upon completion of my law degree, can I work for the Legal Dept of a law enforcement agency and still participate in field operations as a leo ?"Sure, if you can find an agency that would like to hire you on that basis. Bear in mind that lawyers working for a police departments legal office don't handle criminal law - that's the DA's job. A Police Departments in-house counsel (and only large departments even have them) deals with contracts, HR and labor law.
"If yes do I need to pass the bar exam before I can serve as a Legal Adviser( would that be considered as practicing law)."
Yes you would, and yes it does.
As an example, many, if not most, FBI agents are law schhol grads, even if not admiited to a Bar.

Hi, What Minor should I take up in college? 10 points best answer! please help! Thanks :P?We Answered:
Hey. I think that you should definitely take up a fun minor in something that you really want to do, it will help you in the balance and keep you going and enthusiastic when times get rough. If you are having a hard time deciding on a minor, I think sociology would be great just because it would accompany your major. but also education like you said(just in case) because thats a minor that will always be valuable and can be fun depending on what your concentration area is. say you like english a lot, well you could do english education or education with a concentration in english. hope i have helped and good luck in your endeavors. p.s. don't forget to take your medical school pre-req's for neurophysiology, but take some fun things too :-)
