I am not sure that you could cover this in 3 months - however, contact your local Further Education College, and ask about BTEC Courses in Travel and Tourism.

There are a number of courses which would include the elements you require.

as an alumni, you should absolutely be able to go and talk to Career Services. Call them up and make an appointment, explain to them what your questions are. If they have a policy against it, ask them who they could refer you to.

If you are considering grad schools from different universities, they may also let you speak to some of their advisors. It never hurts to ask.

You don't indicate where you are located, so it is hard to advise of different agencies, but there are some that may offer this kind of help for free as well, and of course there are always private organizations which will charge a fee for service.
