Jane Said:
Is it true that a degree from Pat Robertson's law school is THE ticket to a great career in government serviceWe Answered:
First to Got a Light Leo, actually in the last Democratic administration it was Harvard where most of the government law workers came from, just FYI.Second, 33 year old girl with no former training as a prosecutor or defense attorney is put in charge under George Bushes administration to oversee the job performance of 93 US attorneys. Does this at all say anything about how WE matter to this administration.
Not to mention to the people that claim to be christians and don't follow Pat Robertsons views.... why did you vote Bush if 150 people in his staff are from Pat Robertsons Law School?

What is a better career path, join the army and be a lawyer, or finish undergrad and law school? We Answered:
What makes you think that the army would train you as a lawyer? I doubt they would. Or are you saying they will pay for your education? I doubt they will pay for 5 years of schooling. If you are interested in the military, you could enroll in the army ROTC program in college and possibly enter the army as an officer when you graduate college. I'd at least finish college first.I can't make this decision for you, but here are some things to consider:
1.) If you enter the army during a war, you would be a veteran, which would be a useful in getting federal jobs.
2.) If you enter the army during a war, you could be killed.
3.) Biological Clocks. Men like to imagine these things don't concern them, but our ability to ignore such things is contingent on our ability to land a much younger women. Lots of women have trouble having kids if they wait until their mid thirties. If you spend 6 years in the army, finish college, then go to graduate school, then maybe take a few years finding the right women, by the time you start trying to start a family a lot of women your age might have trouble. Is that important to you?
4.) Compound interest and student loans. (Sit there with a spreadsheet and do the math)
What is your major, anyway?
Rebecca Said:
What will I do? I have a BA in Business and if I dont get into Law School I dont know what career to get into?We Answered:
It's very hard to get into law school now, and they usually pick people with MBA's and various other degrees. Even if you did excellent in the GRE's LSAT's it's just a small part of getting accepted.
