If these people were sent to PRISON for what they did, it would soon get out that that is where they belong, and more such acts will lead to more such sentences. Stop the fox from guarding the hen-house! Remove all top people and put them in prison. 5 years for each offense should do it. No "Club Fed", either. Politicians shouldn't be exempt, either. Jail for them for enabling this amount of corruption to take place.

If fact, every few years, it would pay us well to remove ALL top people and replace them with new stock, just to break the chain of confluence and influence as well.
