The "end" result of the Obama "stimulant" is a pay back to big unions. Who do you think is working on those projects? It had nothing to do with fixing a street. I use the term "working" loosely, if you took an audit, I bet more than 1/2 the workers are on "break" at any given time. There are probably "workers' in the contractor's family having lunch at another restaurant.
