if you live in n/cle go to the city library as they have allsorts of information on courses if not contact the wildlife trust

HEALTHY snacks! Instead of pizza or crisps, give us healthies an alternative please!

ie brown bread pittas, with lentil and chicken, you can serve them cold as they taste better!

Little salads in plastic tubs like when you go to the deli and fill your own.

And a bottle of water that costs less than 2 quid!!
