NAVY bonus, please help?We Answered:
navy has hardly any bonuses, the first recruiter i spoke with gave me the same speech, that i can get these massive amounts of cash, teh second was realistic and said pertaining to job etc. a bonus could be there one day at meps, and not another.the only guaranteed bonus are based on prior education, like 2k for up to 30 college credits, 4k for 60 and 8k for a BA or something.
besides that NOTHING is guaranteed and changes daily according to the needs of the navy.

I'm old enough to babysit but i dont know what i need to do to start my career!?We Answered:
first, u should read lots of books on babysitting. i request "babysitter's business kit" by 'american girl' and also "the babysitter survival kit" by 'the editors of PARENTING magazine'. also, wen u take courses, normally good courses give u extra stuff for being a good babysitter. two great courses i know of are "www.babysittingclass.com" and ur local red cross's babysitting course. one is online though. but they are both great and both give u certificates proving u took them, which parents luv.now that u have the training, u should put it to work. make some flyers or business cards [[this link is great in making these but they're easy to make urself too; http://www.americangirl.com/books/sggmon… ]]. give them to ur parents to hand out to their friends/coworkers. also, give them to people in ur neighborhood.
besides that, theres really no other way to get customers normally, so wat i do is i go to my church's nursery and help out there. there are a lot of kids and the parents think its great ur helping out just for the sake of luving kids. they are some great customers too.
once u get a customer, if all goes well, ask them if they can spread the word for u and u should give them some extra flyers for them to tell their friends about u. also, ask for a reference..a letter of reference is best rather than a phone number, so then new clients can see how wel u will do on the job. just make sure the person who made the reference signs it at the bottom.
to charge;; since ur new, i'd say $3 an hour, $0.50 per extra kid. once u get more experienced, u can start chaarging more..i'd request $1 more every year u get more experienced.
yes. at night, it's always a great idea to catch up on homework or something, and parents dont mind. just dont listen to anything bcuz then u cant hear the kids if they wake up or anything like that. so yes do homework, but no music or tv.
well if u have any more questions, just email me. i hope i helped and may u have a wonderful babysitting journey.
