For 2009, Purdue's 25th percentile for the composite ACT was 21.

That means you'd be in the bottom 4th by that measurement.

Could be a tough sell, especially that you're out of state. You'll really have to impress them with your activities.

Any branch can pay for your tuition the same. But good luck being in the middle of a semester then have to go on deployment for a year. I've been there
