There are a couple websites you can use to determine your chances to get into college. The best one I've seen by far is http://www.mychances.net.

It's free, and you just enter your background information and choose the schools you are applying to, and it uses the results of hundreds of thousands of applications to determine your chances of getting accepted or rejected. When I applied they got 8 of my 9 schools right, and it says they have a 90% accuracy so far.

Another website is collegedata.com. It's much more confusing, but it also has information on accepted and rejected students, but doesn't give as clear information as mychances.net

Good ol' SU. I would just try to get your grades up there,to get a higher GPA because the higher the better,Maybe do some more community service. But everything else sounds good,I know it's not an easy school to get into but it sounds like you have a pretty decent shot. I don't know what their other requirements are but I'm going to guess you have to have a good ACT/SAT score as well.
