GPPA program at UIC?We Answered:
GPPA is UIC's guarantee to it's pharmacy program. You don't need to have a BA to get into GPPA, however, UIC's guarantee requires you to complete a BA to enter the College of Pharmacy. This makes it an 8 year program (or 7 if you have a lot of AP credit) instead of MCP's 6 year.Ernest Said:

You will be protecting your children's future if you get your degrees. My husband died before he was forty and if I had not been prepared for a profession, my children would have not had the life I was able to provide for them. If I could tell every woman one thing, it would be this. Get an education that will enable you to be the support of your family. What if your husband did not die, but sustained a permanent disability or his job was just discontinued, or he divorced you and didn't pay his child support? Who knows what the future holds. Be prepared. Can't help you with timing of pregnancies. Only children I have known were actually pretty happy people. Just make sure they have playmates and make sure his friends are always welcome at your house. Hey, having siblings isn't all that great. Mine were not always that wonderful, were yours?
