Take the scholarship! You have the rest of your life to work... :PI doubt this opportunity will come along again, and no, your employer probably won't be happy to give you a leave-of-absence to go back to school. You'll be stuck with either giving up a lot of financial security to go to grad school, or balancing grad school and full-time work (which is what I did), or regretting you didn't just finish when you were 23... (again, my regrets...).
