I think you have a chance of getting into U Texas Austin, but it'd be smart to have some backup schools, just in case.Your SATs are just a bit below the averages for UT Austin. German is the main business language (after English) in Europe, so if you want to work with international corporations, I'd go with that. Arabic is pretty important for US intelligence operations right now, so if that's your focus, I'd stick to the Arabic.
