i generally find the best thing to do is not think too much about them and answer them honestly, alot of the answers look the same but they are subtly different. Personally i think these types of test are really stupid and a waste of money for the companies which pay to have them made up.

I think you could probably find info either on here or other forums, I am sure you are not the first person who has come across this type of test and freaked out. Good luck with job hunt. Hope this helped.
