If they are psychological tests done by a qualified practitioner they might qualify as medical expenses.

I nominate myself. I have experience of managing a team of 200+ software professionals and during performance reviews and one-to-one I managed to assist at least some of them with good results. As a volunteer I also worked for a semi-ngo sometime back for FED (Find Early Direction) program for 12th class students. With all these experiences under my belt, I started realizing that aptitude test is not the best of the ways to find the career option. What can be most useful is "What if" kind of scenario test, which can be very effective if the student is 100% honest in answering it. It is in beta yet.
