Career Evaluation Test

Larry Said:

Would I Make A Good Movie Star?

We Answered:

As long as you got the drive and patience I don't see why not. Looking for auditions, you can email maybe 100 people a day and get only two responses back.

Ian Said:

Misdiagnosed bipolar and wants to join the US military. Will a psych evaluation help?

We Answered:

Go get a mental eval first. Don't lie about anything though

Naomi Said:

Do I Have Good Placements For A Movie Star?

We Answered:

maybe

Vera Said:

What do you think of my idea for an improved society?

We Answered:

It's a good way to create a society of sociopaths.
Kids need a mother who sees them as special. In the residential program where I teach, I have a lot of kids (some as young as 7) who come from Soviet orphanages, which run, more or less on your lines. You would not imagine that a kid that age could be like they are. I am talking about kids who have no apparent capacity for empathy, who can not love, who are, mostly, devoid of the things that make us human.
This kids were born normal, or above normal, but they can not function.

Allan Said:

What does it take to become a journalist?

We Answered:

You need at least two years of college, preferably in journalism or media. The best way to break into journalism is to intern. Usually interning at a newspaper turns into a regular freelance or part-time staff position. Apply to a local community newspaper or a state newspaper. They always have open positions for interns and for freelance stringing (typically, covering local town news and meetings).

WritingCareer.com ( http://www.WritingCareer.com ) has some helpful articles on writing careers that may help you to decide.

You should know that full-time or freelance journalists don't make a whole lot of money for the amount of writing and reporting they do. An average yearly salary for a full-time staff journalist is between $25,000 and $35,000. In my opinion, most newspaper journalists are underpaid. Newspapers have always been cheap paying their writers.
