Welcome to the dilemma which 99% of the population have. It boils down to what you enjoy doing or feel strongly about. Forget about current career opportunities and think of what you enjoy doing. After you've discovered what you enjoy, check to see if there are any career paths you can take to do what it is you enjoy. If there are no opportunities maybe you can be the first to create that opportunity, after all, there may be people out there that enjoy the same thing you do and are waiting for you to create it.

My suggestion to you is to pick something that you want to do and then figure out a plan for it. I'm a teacher and I love it. You don't need to have experience working with kids to get a teaching license, but there are ways to get that experience. I am going to use teaching as an example of a goal that you could have.

1. You already have a Bachelor's in Marketing, which is good because that is a subject you can teachin in high school.
2. You want experience working with children or teenagers. Volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club or do Big Brothers, Big Sisters. Find the local elementary and volunteer at the school or in an after school program.
3. Change jobs. Look on school district websites for jobs in the schools. Many schools hire aids or secretaries or some kind of job that will get in in the schools.
4. Once you decide that this is what you want to do, then look at different universities that will let you get your teaching license. Some districts and states will hire you to teach and let you get licensed as you are teaching. Contact your states Department of Education and find out about different options.
5. Become a teacher and love your job.

Stop thinking about it and do something about it.
