Employment Aptitude Test

Patrick Said:

pre-employment aptitude/assessment tests?

We Answered:

Personally, since I don't know your age, if you are over 50, it is more than likely age discrimination. Otherwise, it may be that you are over educated for the position. Please take into consideration that jobs are scarce at this time. Good luck.

Outback steakhouse employment aptitude test?

We Answered:

OMG! Don't freak out. It's a basic aptitude test. Over grammar, basic math, and how you would handle overall situations. Just take your time, and answer the questions to the best of your ability and don't over think it. You'll do just fine! Don't listen to anyone, and just go take the test! :0)

Kristin Said:

Where can i find some free aptitude and IQ test to use for hiring in my manufacturing facility.?

We Answered:

easily the worst idea I have heard today - I.Q. testing employees?

why don't you develop your own test that would assess people's abilities for the job they are applying for? That's all you really want, right?

Anne Said:

Anyone from Human Resources? Or does anybody know what I can expect from a pre employment aptitude test?

We Answered:

Relax. Be yourself and take the tests. It tells them what you do and don't know, how quick you are at certain things, if you're honest, trustworthy, worth training, etc. HR People are generally stupid and use these lame tools as a crutch to try and look smart. Just smile and remember that somewhere in the 80's, Personnel became HR but it's still the same stupid career path. It was the department everyone made fun of. Still do.

Jeffery Said:

Has anyone taken a pre-employment aptitude/skills/IQ test?

We Answered:

I just took a test for a job and it consists of two tests, each were 2 hrs long. I don't know how everyone else did on it.

Just keep practising then it will become easier. Everything gets easier when you keep studying for it. It is a good thing that it is possible to improve your score.
