Other good places to get aptitude testing-- if you're in school, your college/university probably has career counselling. If your local college/university has graduate psychology programs, they may also offer low cost testing (in my grad program we did complete testing for 50$ - including interest, personality, achievement and intelligence testing).

For 20$ you can do a JVIS online http://www.jvis.com/take/default.htm . It's a career interest inventory, but it is very popular and I use it with clients. Hope that helps.

Sorry, but all the free online aptitude tests are worthless. You'll score great, but then the 'free' site will want a fee from you to send you their 'complete' report.

Just as a suggestion, try going to a DVR (Department of Vocational Rehabilitation) center near you. Talk with a consultant there. Although you may not need 'vocational rehabilitation', their job is to help people find work. They will pay for your aptitude test - no cost to you. And you will get 'better' results than you would from online sites.

I put the word 'better' in quote marks because I don't really believe in those tests.
I personally am physically disabled and can barely walk. I'm great at academics like mathematics and accounting. What did my aptitude test say was my recommended career? FOREST RANGER !!! ROFL

I have yet to see a forest ranger who uses a walker LOL :-)
