Edna Said:
WHAT IS THE MOST ACCURATE PERSONALITY TEST YOU COULD GET?We Answered:
I really like the MMPI myself but it is more pathologically based, that is to say more based on types of disorders such as depression, etc., and looks less at the "normal" personality traits for purposes such as career choice. I suppose you could make generalizations from it but i wouldn't choose it myself for the purpose of knowing someone for a career. If you want to be really sophisticated about it I would have an intelligence test in addition to academic type testing
with tests such as Wide Range Achievement to get a good picture of what someone is capable of doing. There are other, simpler,
paper and pencil tests.

what kind of test can my boyfriend take to determine what he will do as a career? We Answered:
There are all kinds of free career and personality tests out there, but they are not all legit. I took one once and took it four times answering completely different answers each time and every time it told me I should be an accountant and then had an add for a university pop up.I would suggest you have him look at his hobbies and strengths and start from their. Does he like structure, working with his hands, by himself, with people, being creative, any special talents- drawing, writing, etc. Once he identifies what he really likes and really dislikes, he can then look for careers that focus on his areas of interest.
