Go to your local library and ask your librarian for help, or visit a local bookstore or your guidance counselor's office or a local community college--they have offices which help you plan what carreer is good for you. Do some volunteer work to find out your interests--make it something you enjoy. what are your hobbies? If it's music and arts, then start developing those more. If it's talking to people, then maybe you might want to be a social worker, lawyer, nurse, counselor, police officer, tv anchor, etc. There are some books about these things.http://www.bls.gov/oco/
This site tells you job descriptions, how much demand there is for this type of job, payscales, etc.
