those tests are a waste of time. In most cases if the system doesnt score you high they will not even call you for an interview. Its better off to go and get a job where there is no assesment test or application. Small employers and gas stations would be your best bet. Gas stations also pay high in most cases they will start you off at 9 bucks per hour. And the job is super easy

there is no gray area...its either strongly agree of disagree dont choose the inbetween options and you'll do good!

They all have the same. It's not a test, its more like a survey to see how you would react in certain situations. I doubt that they really analyze them so just go with whatever you would do in the situations. I think they just make sure you're old enough and fit in their hours, thats about it.

Always answer STRONGLY agree or STRONGLY disagree.. never just agree or disagree. They're asking the same question in different ways to see if your answers are the same!
