How do you beat a PI or personality test given during a job interview? We Answered:
Not being familiar with that particular test, I can't advise you one way or the other. However, I do agree with you that a test in the wrong hands can be used to deny employment to applicants who would do well on the job and who would fit into the organization doing the hiring.Have you done the research to determine if this particular test has been validated as an accurate predictor for whatever it is that company believes to be important?
My husband's former employer relied on a test that was not valid nor reliable for several years, and as a result, they denied employment to candidates who were well qualified for the job and hired at least a couple of people who were not successful on the job. When that test was abandoned, several of the applicants who lost out the first time tried again, and that time they qualified. Just something to think about.
The only psychological test I'm familiar with at all is the MMPI. My understanding is that it is valid and reliable and one cannot "fake it out." If you're faced with that one, the best advice is to be completely honest. For that matter, the same advice is probably the best anyway. If you try to fake it, who's to say it won't give "wrong" answers anyway?
Maybe what you want to do is spend some time with a career counselor who specializes in preparing job-seekers for the application process. Remember, the company's objective is to hire a person who will fit into the corporate culture, be able to do the job as described, and not come up later with any flaws that will embarrass the hiring team. Your objective is to get a job. It's not exactly a competition or conflict, but the two of you do not necessarily have the same or even compatible goals.

Is there a free personality test that shows u what would be a best job for u?We Answered:
first time working for so many Dr. . I guess I wasn't good enough because I got fired 3 weeks later. My manager was never pleased with my work. She always screamed at me for making mistakes. She said '' it was constructive criticism''. I felt like **** every time I cam home. Every day I would cry and ask my self if I would never be good enough to work at a good job. I mean I can't say she was wrong because I did make mistakes, but I thought that I need psychological help if I can't manage a job like that.
