Jobs Personality Test
Nora Said:
tips on personality test for chase and other jobs?We Answered:
There are many personality tests. The trick is to answer consistently throughout the test. Many of these tests will ask the same question but word it differently and people either don't pay attention and quickly answer or others don't catch that they are asking a similar question and answer it differently. Typically you should strongly agree or strongly disagree for questions but make if it is a question about do you work better alone or in a team environment you would answer in the middle (both). Questions such as "I dislike performing repetitive tasks" strongly disagree. "I don't get along with all of my co-workers" Strongly disagree. Use common sense in terms of what they want to hear. Even if the question says everyone lies or steals or fakes reason for absenteeism at one point in time at their job, strongly disagree.Nicholas Said:

Personality test for jobs?We Answered:
yea, you're definately not going to get that job.I took a class in college and we prepared a similar test for Home Depot.
FYI...imma let you in on a little secret.. The answer will always be YES or NO. Nothing in between..theres no maybe yes..maybe no..or maybe..its simple..YES or NO. Some tests will ask you from 1 - 5 how much do you agree? It'll ALWAYS either be 1 OR 5 not 2, 3,or 4 always keep that in mind.
Employers do not want to find out you stole $25 worth of anything..whether it was a pen..a paper clip.
Even if you have..answer NO.
You;re almost admitting to them that you're a thief, and employer dont want to be at risk of hiring an employee that might steal from them.

Dont listen to Alex...They are looking for ABOVE AVERAGE all the time...SELL YOURSELF!!! but dont forget to live up to what you put or they might fire you
