Personality And Career Test
Alfredo Said:
Keirsey Temperament Sorter or Holland Codes career test?We Answered:
I have had a lot of experience with many tests of this sort, the bottom line is that there is no one test exists that will help determining what is the most suitable career choice for you.One of the biggest pitfall of these tests is that they tend to emphasis what you already done and know rather than what motive you. For example, a data processing professional may show up as "Conventional", per Holland Codes, because he is good at what he does and gets a lot of satisfaction from results of his contributions. However, the test may not get that what really motivate him is the approval from his peers.
The second challenge with these tests is that most of us are not so clear cut. We fall somewhere inside of a spectrum.
My suggestion is that you work with a career coach rather than using exams like this to gain a better understanding of your strength and develop a list of potential career choices.
If taking exams is your only choice, I would suggest that you take more than one and try to synthesize the results with a non-partial person.
Best of luck.

I have done every personality job test known to man. but i still don't know what 2 do 4 my career? We Answered:
First you have to choose the available job or career suitable to your present knowledge and talents and then you have to apply all your knowledge and skills to perform well and bring more results to your concern or government. For selecting a job or career, if you are unable to choose immediately write down your talents and education your subjects then consult your college guide or parents and friends to select any one.
if you are selecting confidently one line of career suitable to you and you like to work with interest and involvement then you need not consult any one. Face the challenges confidently and start working every thing will be fine
