NEVER click on any link asking you to go for a personality test, skills assessment, credit check, background check, etc. These are usually just scams to get your credit card details or commit identity theft. Or your email will be spammed like crazy. Or that site contains malware that will hijack your computer. And nobody would ask for a personality test for a domestic job. This would NOT be done until after you had interviewed in person several times

Tell her that you will not sign up for anything before you've met her at her home and decide if you want to work together or not.

And google that website - people have already reported it as a scam

I don't think there have been any studies, but I think there is a strong correlation because they both tell a good deal about your personality. A birth chart just happens to be more accurate, IMO, because there are no questions to answer and even with the most honest intentions, you may answer the questions on the test incorrectly, you might see yourself differently than you really are.
I got ENFP and INFP cause my "E" and "I" were at 50% (in the test it chose ENFP for me, but I think it's both cause it's split right down the middle).

It fits perfectly with my Neptune rising traits and a lot of other things, all the career options astrology gave me were confirmed by this test as well. Almost exactly. It's pretty cool.

For you, this part struck me as funny right off the bat:

That is very much Moon in Aquarius!!

This sounds quite like a Scorpio:

And as to the person above me...I think the description fits an Aries Sun wonderfully! It would be nice to know her Moon sign as well, like the questioner, but I think the INTJ description is easy to correlate with an Aries.
