I would be careful of using websites that are not backed by APA academic research. There are some sites and sites masking as cult religion who will have you take a "personality" or "assessment" test and tell you that you're screwed up and they can help you.

Myers-Briggs is actually short, fast, fun, insightful, accurate, and academically supported for over 80 years.

example: If a customer has a complaint about your services and you did not do the work they are complaining about what do you say?

D) That is the worse work I have ever seen but I can get it right for you but I will have to redo everything

D is the right answer just complete the services notify your boss of the customers complaint and follow up with the customer to see what will make them happy inform boss of the results and continue to next job

You can modify the wording if you want to print it out and then change the wording and have them read from your sheet and ignore the statement on the computer, but then select the answer on the computer corresponding to the number of the question on your sheet.
