Since personality continues to develop through the teen years, I wouldn't say that it is "fixed" by adolescence. It is true that personality does not change a lot once you hit adulthood. But you have to remember that there is a range within personality types. And that people have some control over the aspects off their personality which the express. So it is possible that you do not so much have a work personality and a play personality as much as you reveal different aspects of your personality in these different settings. If your job pulls strongly for an aspect of your personality, then that aspect may become stronger - so in that sense, your job can definitely "mould" the expression of your personality.
