I cannot believe I just read this whole thing. I'm confused on what exactly you want to know here. My feeling is the employee told Das to see if it would effect him getting the promotion or getting fired. In which case Vardhan would file a lawsuit for discrimination. At the same time Das had no right to tell anyone else, period since it could create many problems. leading to Vardhan being prejudiced against and thus leading to another lawsuit. Either way, Vardhan should have kept his mouth shut.

No, its not good idea to launch and contest alone in elections. To answer your questions:

1). No he has taken a wrong decision.
2). 1 or 2 would be my guess, I won't be surprised if they get 0.
3). None from big political parties like DMK and AIADMK.
4). You may be right on the population statistics, but they don't live in one place. IJK might split some votes but not to a significant amount.
5). There is no doubt about it, he will definitely make decent politics. I don't think he will make it to that level yet.

when you have ADD you generally don't have hyperactive component.
just to clear that up (:

With medication for ADD/ADHD you will notice improvement with in a week.
After 1 week of being on a small dosage of medication my mom, friends, family, already were like "Woah, you just seem so much more relaxed and less stressed, you so much more focused etc etc"

Don't worry. You are not alone. I went through the same exact thing as you before i was diagnosed with ADD. I suffered from anxiety and depression, would get annoyed with people easily, was doing horrible in all my classes. One teacher would actual tell me "your going to fail this course" every day after class.
Alot of people say there isn't such thing as ADD, and i thought that at first too, (i thought all my focus problems, organization problems, loosing things all the time, mind running with things, having to do 5 things at a time was just me. i thought that ADD was a load of bull. that some people were just like that. that medication couldn't fix anything" I didn't want to take the medication, but i was so stressed and so depressed that i took it. Honestly, Taking the medicine was one of the best things i did. I'm so much more happy. Of course it took time to get to the right dose and things didn't turn around in 1 week, but you could already see improvements in that one week. I still have my struggles, but so does everyone.

So credits to you, for sticking through for that long! Be strong! Cause things will get better (:

i didn't experience any but you might. If you do make sure you tell your doctor.

As for your child, i know she's only 10, and i could completely understand your worry about putting her on medication. But maybe you should just talk to a doctor? see how stressed she feels. Because you want what's best for her and what's best for her could be medication.
