The wikipedia site on the inkblots has the expected answers, but the whole idea behind them is there is no right answer. Real IQ tests have hundreds of questions and are only given by licensed psychologists; you can't estimate anything in a few minutes, and all online IQ tests are fake.

I definitely wouldn't unless it is through a respectable institution, but you usually have to pay for them. The ones that are all over the place are usually inaccurate, as anyone could make a web page and put up an "IQ test."

An accurate IQ test will usually be fairly long and difficult, because they are generally created and posted by the numerous "genius societies" like mensa, prometheus, etc. They test you took may not be horrible, but IQ is not some that can be assessed in 15-20 minutes.

Oh wow, lol, I just went to that website. I would go with no on trusting that, being able to pick out a missing state is not in any way an indication of how intelligent you are, just how well you know geography. Lol, sorry.

Sigh. I miss the early 90s when only smart people had an Internet connection. Message boards were filled with all sorts of interesting and useful topics such as:

- Who has the best collection of Windows 3.1 peripherals?
- My Commodore Amiga uses a 32-bit processor. Is that too slow?
- Which Star Trek movie was the best? The Wrath of Khan or The Voyage Home?
- Why won't the BBS Sysop allow Telnet access in the packet switched network?
- Will anything ever be invented better than ASCII porn?

It was impossible to find an online discussion about music, sports, or personal relationships. We didn't realize how good we had it.

But we got greedy. We falsely assumed that by opening up the Internet, we would attract females to our online utopia and they would instantly become infatuated with our scientific minds and attracted to our technological intellect. Instead, we ended up with the following message boards instead:

- Who has the best collection of Jelly shoes?
- I weigh 105 lbs. Am I too fat?
- Which Patrick Swayze movie was the best? Ghost or Dirty Dancing?
- Why are there so many loser geeks on the World Wide Web?
- Help! I caught my bf looking at ASCII porn!!!

Sigh. It's only gone downhill from that point. Yet I'm hopeful...because it can't get any lower than Yahoo! Answers.
