Be as honest as possible. If it asks you what you do, say what you do. If it asks you what you believe, say what you believe. The item "Swearing is a big problem at school and something should be done about it," I would answer False because I don't think that is a big deal or a priority even though I don't like people cursing all the time. Some people make the mistake of saying True because they believe true is the right answer or what they are supposed to think. If you agree with the first part of the item but not the second part, the answer would still be false because saying true is agreeing with both.

Bad personalities are not a protected status. If they can prove they would fire a young person for the same reasons there is nothing illegal about it.

who implied any of these issues would be brought up or become an issue due to a test.
the test may be a tool for management to determine the things you have stated and to deal with you accordingly.
the test results determine much more then your personality they are used to develop a plan to increase performance, retention, improve the workplace atmosphere, improve teamwork, determine prospects for advancement opportunities and leadership roles etcetera...etcetera...


and oh yeah........they can not force you to do anything BUT they can terminate you.
